It takes 13 to 15 business days to receive your book. This includes the time to write your pet's story, print the book, and ship it to your door.

We provide a refund if the book is defective or damaged upon arrival. Notify us within 7 days of receiving the book by emailing hi@waggingstories.com with your order number and a description of the issue, and we'll resolve it quickly.
